It is with great pleasure we welcome the very talented Emmy winner and multi Grammy nominated recording artist, Toni Childs to our publicity roster. Together with Bianca Lindstrom @ Dragging Canoe Records and Kate Roseler @ Perfectly Write Social Media Management we have launched into Toni’s publicity with gusto promoting into her Kickstarter campaign which aims to raise over $100,000 in 30 days. Now that Toni is a crowd funding artist, she has enlisted the help of the public to pledge money which will fund her upcoming state of the art, worldwide tour to promote her forthcoming release ‘Citizens of the Planet’. (expected to drop May 2013) In return, the public can nominate a ‘sweet treat’ depending on how much is pledged. It can something as simple as a single download, to a weekend at Toni’s house in Byron Bay or maybe tickets to a show or you can send her a photo and she will paint a portrait.
This tour is shaping up to be one of a kind and visually spectacular. In Toni’s words it been described as ‘Pink Floyd on steroids’. She has enlisted the help of 14 LA animators to create 2 hours of mind-blowing 3D mapping visuals. It will be the first of it’s kind on the touring stage.
