After Tom Jordan revealed his departure from Nashville based Australian act Seaforth recently, it’s been revealed that Seaforth will continue with Mitch Thompson. Sharing the split via a video statement on social media, Tom explained that he wanted to persue his love of producing in which he has been doing for some time. Despite his departure, Mitch Thompson will continue to carry the Seaforth name, honouring their shared legacy while exploring new creative directions. As a solo act, Mitch remains committed to delivering the authentic and relatable music that fans have come to love, ensuring that Seaforth’s journey is far from over.
As part of this new journey, Mitch dropped a new release “Forget About It” as Seaforth on streaming services on 25th October. Seaforth will be performing in Australia as part of the Meatstock lineup in Toowoomba on the 7th and 8th of March and Bendigo on 14th and 15th March.
