After incredibly well received shows at Tamworth Country Music Festival and WA’s Boyup Brook Country Music Festival by industry and fans alike, Perth based Scarlet’s Way return with a brand-new offering entitled ‘Empire’. Music is a powerful tool. It can be a relaxing escape from everyday life. It also has an ability to address social issues, inspire change and document history through song for future generations. Scarlet’s Way’s new impactful single ‘Empire’ from their self-titled album delves into feelings of division and control, a longing for connection and when too much power is in the hands of one person.

“This song came to us in such a turbulent time and really helped us to temporarily lift weight off our shoulders. Many of our favourite artists have used songs to confront and document social issues throughout history, leaving them as case studies for future generations. We always hoped we’d be able to create something similar. We’re so proud of ‘Empire’ – we hope you like it”.

The super-smooth duo is made up of powerhouse vocalist Katey Gabel with highly respected Shayne Savic on guitar and they are creating new fans at every turn. Scarlet’s Way have bought their trademark southern blues inspired brand of music with lashings of Americana from Australia to East Nashville. From performing on multiple stages at Tamworth Country Music Festival and Main Stage at Gympie Music Muster, to the iconic Bluebird Café at Americana Fest in Nashville, Scarlet’s Way have taken their music to the world.

The duo’s empowering 2021 single release ‘Ride On’ hit #7 on the AIR Independent Charts and with the announcement of ‘WA Group Of The Year’, has furthered cemented Scarlet’s Way’s long-term success. From performing to sell-out crowds at Mullewa Muster and Beats in the Bay, a national television appearance for Perth’s 7 Telethon charity event in 2022 as part of the ‘WA Original Music Showcase’ and supporting major country artist Kasey Chambers, Scarlet’s Way’s star continues to shine.

Scarlet’s Way are currently touring along Australia’s eastern seaboard.

Scarlet Way’s new single ‘Empire’ is out at radio on 24th April and on digital streaming services on 28th April.
