In a year of a global pandemic, we all really need a song like ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’. Country singer-songwriter, Natalie Pearson has released her re-imagined version of the classic 1960s anthem about hope and togetherness – a message meaningful to the current climate around COVID. Born in Liverpool UK, and emigrating to Western Australia with her immediate family as a youngster, the song has a strong family connection for Natalie who now resides in QLD and was unable to cross the WA border. The song is a salute to her family, and those who are also distanced or are feeling isolated by the pandemic. Inspired by the sounds of Carrie Underwood and Faith Hill, the production is emotional and uplifting, fuelled by chugging electric guitars, powerful drums, and soaring powerhouse vocals.
Natalie Pearson invited her dedicated ‘Nat Pack’ followers to be part of the music video and together with her powerhouse vocals, created a beautiful visual rendition.
With recent chart success on previous singles ‘Let ‘Em Talk’, ‘Plan B’ and ‘Mr Wrong’ Natalie has commanded stages at major festivals such as Deni Ute Muster, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Gympie Music Muster and VDM Fest. Always a fan favourite, Natalie has gone on to launch her own mini country music festival known as RiverFest, a bi-annual Brisbane cruise event with multiple artist performances and includes an after party show. Her first event was sold out. In recent times she has supported Travis Collins, Jade Holland and Mick Lindsay and is gearing up to perform at this weekends ‘Country at the Beach’ at Rainbow Beach in Queensland with fellow country artists, Travis Collins, Casey Barnes, Liam Brew and more.
‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ debuted on the KIX Country Hottest 20 at #6 and is sitting in the same spot for the second week. The track has been embraced by fans and radio alike across the country.
In a gig that has just been announced, Natalie along with fellow country artist Brook Chivell will be supporting Lee Kernaghan at the Hamilton Hotel in Brisbane on New Years Eve.
