All good things must come to an end…..
We are super excited and proud to announce that Sydney country-pop duo Seaforth recently signed a worldwide deal with Sony Music Nashville. After years of traveling to and fro from Sydney to the US, songwriting and establishing industry connections, the lads decided to make the move to Nashville permanent over a year ago which quickly followed by gaining new management and their Sony Nashville record deal. Seaforth now share the same roster with such heavy weights as Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert, Chris Young, Kane Brown and Maren Morris.
It’s been a crazy 12 months for Seaforth as they continued to write and record, gaining the attention of award winning producer Dann Huff. (Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts) Their sound is organic, with catchy melodies and modern production delivering a classic country sound which is bound to resonate with US country music audiences.
Towards the end of 2018, Seaforth released two songs to US Country Radio, the melodic driven ‘Talk to Me’ and ‘Love That’ which quickly gained attention on radio and Spotify playlists. Incredible supporting spots followed including chart topping Kane Brown at the famed Madison Square Gardens Hula Theatre in New York City and numerous shows with fellow Sony artist, Mitchell Tenpenny. Touring and festivals are already locked in for 2019.
Over the last seven years, we’ve known Seaforth, they have always had a strong vision of where they were headed musically. They never faltered, stayed true to who they were as artists, they worked hard and were extremely driven and now they are reaping the rewards.
As we farewell the lads from our roster, we wish them the most incredible success in the US. Watch out for Seaforth as they take on the world! We’ll be traveling Stateside very soon to catch one of their shows!
