With lines like “red runs in the water but nobody would suspect the sheriff’s daughter,” Lucie leaves listeners wondering just how much of the story is hearsay… and how much is truth. Anchored by smoky vocals, twang-laced guitar, and a rhythm section that simmers like Southern heat, “Harvest Moon” showcases Lucie Tiger at her most compelling: vulnerable, sharp-witted, and unafraid to walk the line between sin and salvation.

“The opening line – their headstones read October 4 but my love for them died well before – was the first thing I came up with and we all thought let’s see where that opening line takes us. From there, the whole song just unfolded in twists and turns like a small-town rumour.”
The track was co-produced by Lucie and Charles Holloman and features a killer lineup of session players who bring grit, groove, and atmosphere to every beat. It’s the third single teased from Lucie’s forthcoming album and follows the success of “Devil’s Telephone”, continuing her run of fierce, story-driven releases.

Originally from Sydney and now based in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Lucie Tiger was nominated as an artist to watch in 2025 by Music Connection Magazine. She recently celebrated her seventh single on the Nashville MusicRow Country Breakout Chart – an unprecedented feat for an independent Australian female artist. Lucie and her band have also performed at the iconic Whiskey Jam, opened for Tyler Farr and shared stages with Grammy-winning artists like Gary Nichols and Jimbo Hart. Lucie is also the creative force behind events like the Songbird Sessions and Top Songwriter Series in Muscle Shoals, which in July boasted incredible Australian talents Sinead Burgess, Blake O’Connor, Melanie Dyer and Imogen Clark.
With big plans to see out the remainder of 2025, Lucie has been awarded the 2025 Mentee of the APRA AMCOS’ 23% Mentorship Program and is also a nominee in the Nashville based 11th Annual Josie Music Awards to be held on November 2nd, 2025, at The Grand Ole Opry.
